OPM Digelar, Pj Walikota Prabumulih: Upaya Pemkot dan Kajari Antisipasi Kenaikan Harga Sembako Jelang Idul Fitri

PRABUMULIH, DS – Siasati lonjakan harga sembako yang melambung tinggi jelang Idul Fitri, Pemerintah kota Prabumulih bersama Kejaksaan Negeri (Kajari) Prabumulih menggelar Operasi Pasar Murah (OPM), Gerakan Pangan Murah dan Launching Program Adhyaksa Anak Umang di Halaman Kantor Kajari pada Selasa, (02/04/2024).

Hadir dalam bentuk kepedulian terhadap masyarakat tersebut, Pj Walikota Prabumulih H Elman ST MM, Ketua Pengadilan Negeri, Kepala Kajari Prabumulih Roy Riadi SH MH, Kapolres, OPD terkait hingga tamu undangan lainnya.

Antusias masyarakat Prabumulih pun nampak tak terbendung saat OPM baru saja dibuka pada pukul 08.00 WIB pagi sebab selain menyediakan beragam kebutuhan pokok serta juga harganya terbilang murah dan terjangkau.

Salah seorang ibu rumah tangga Yati mengakui meski dibatasi pembeliannya tapi dengan adanya OPM yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Daerah sangatlah membantu dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dapur jelang lebaran Idul Fitri.

“Pasar murah ini sangat membantu kami, apalagi saat ini harga sembako sangat mahal menjelang Idul Fitri, semoga pasar murah ini sering dilakukan,” ujar Yati.

Adapun barang komoditi pokok yang dijual ialah telur ½kg 10 ribu, gula 1kg 10 ribu, minyak 1 liter 10 ribu, bawang merah ½kg 10 ribu, bawang putih ½kg 10 ribu, cabe ¼kg 5 ribu, beras SPHP 5 kg 54 ribu dan daging beku 1 kg 95 ribu.

Pada kesempatan itu, Pj Walikota Elman mengatakan bahwa OPM digelar oleh Tim Pengendali Inflasi Daerah yang dilaksanakan secara serentak se-Sumatera Selatan termasuk juga kota Prabumulih.

Gerakan pangan murah sendiri merupakan langkah pemerintah dari pusat hingga ke daerah untuk meredam harga sembako yang biasanya melambung tinggi menjelang hari-hari besar nasional.

Kegiatan OPM ini pula bisa terlaksana berkat kerjasama Pemerintah kota Prabumulih dengan menggandeng Bulog Cabang kabupaten Lahat.

“Pasar murah ini merupakan upaya bersama Pemerintah Kota Prabumulih, Kejaksaan Negeri Prabumulih dan unsur Forkompinda dalam mengantisipasi terjadinya gejolak harga bahan pokok yang diperlukan masyarakat,” ucap Elman.

Ditambahkan oleh Elman, ia menyadari bahwa lonjakan harga pangan biasanya terjadi jelang idul fitri maka dari itu Pemerintah hadir untuk membantu masyarakat dengan menawarkan harga sembako yang relatif lebih murah. (ADV/A2M)
